Structure feature
◎The structure is a double face unbalanced mechanical seal, with no steps on the shaft sleeve, and the axial movement of the mechanical seal is not limited by the shaft sleeve when the pump cavity is installed.
◎The sealing device is equipped with a pressure gauge, which can easily measure the quench fluid pressure and avoid premature failure of mechanical seal due to lack or shortage of seal water.
◎The quench fluid can be recycled, does not enter the medium process, and does not affect the technological process.
Instruction
◎One end of the pressure gauge is connected with the blocking water outlet through the tee junction, and the other end is connected with the quench fluid inlet through the valve.
◎The quench fluid pressure should be higher than that of the sealing chamber pressure 0.1-0.2MPa.
◎Before the pump starts, you need to open the quench fluid 5 minutes in advance. When the pump is stopped, the quench fluid must be closed after 5 minutes.
◎The quench fluid must be kept stable and continuous during the operation of the pump.
